Terms of Service

These terms are a placeholder template for Hungter beta access. Have a licensed lawyer review before production monetization.

1. Beta Service

Hungter is provided as a beta educational service. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

2. Educational Use

You agree to use Hungter for lawful educational purposes. You must not use the service for harmful or abusive behavior.

3. AI Output Limits

AI replies can be incorrect. You are responsible for verifying answers before relying on them in schoolwork or decisions.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

Hungter routes chat content to Groq, OpenAI, and Anthropic when configured. Your submitted prompts may be processed by those providers according to their own terms.

5. Data and Accounts

Hungter currently stores most learner progress in browser localStorage. If you clear browser data, your progress may be lost.

6. Payments

No real production billing is finalized yet. Any checkout flows are test/beta and may not represent final pricing or legal billing terms.
