Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hungter during launch access and after future public billing launches.

1. Beta Service

Hungter is provided as an educational service in launch access. Features may change, break, or be removed while the product continues to evolve.

2. Educational Use

You agree to use Hungter for lawful educational purposes. You must not use the service for harmful or abusive behavior.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or provide personal information directly to Hungter.

4. AI Output Limits

AI replies can be incorrect. You are responsible for verifying answers before relying on them in schoolwork or decisions.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

Hungter may route learning requests to Groq, OpenAI, and Anthropic when configured. Your submitted prompts may be processed by those providers according to their own terms and policies.

6. Data and Accounts

Hungter stores some learner progress in browser localStorage and some account-related data on the backend. If you clear browser data, some local progress history may be lost.

7. Payments

Paid billing is not yet live. Any current upgrade or checkout page is a waitlist or launch-interest flow, not a live payment collection flow.
