These Terms govern your use of Hungter during launch access and after future public billing launches.
1. Beta Service
Hungter is provided as an educational service in launch access. Features may change, break, or be removed while the product continues to evolve.
2. Educational Use
You agree to use Hungter for lawful educational purposes. You must not use the service for harmful or abusive behavior.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or provide personal information directly to Hungter.
4. What the AI can and cannot do
Every paper on Hungter is written by an AI model and has not been checked by a qualified teacher or examiner. Questions, mark schemes and marking can be wrong. Specifically:
- A mark scheme may miss a valid alternative answer, or credit something an examiner would not.
- Marking is indicative. Two runs on the same script can differ by a mark or two.
- Grades shown are practice feedback only. They are not official Cambridge grades, and real grade boundaries move every session.
- A question may occasionally fall outside the syllabus or misjudge its difficulty.
Use Hungter for practice, not as the final word. Check anything that matters against your syllabus, your textbook or your teacher. Every question has a Report button — reporting a bad question is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Hungter is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Cambridge Assessment International Education or any other exam board.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
Papers are written and marked by Anthropic's Claude. If that service is unavailable Hungter may fall back to another configured provider, and the paper says which model wrote it. Your submitted answers are processed by that provider under its own terms.
6. Data and Accounts
Hungter stores some learner progress in browser localStorage and some account-related data on the backend. If you clear browser data, some local progress history may be lost.
7. Payments, renewals and refunds
Price. Hungter Membership is $5 per month at the current launch price. The standard price is $10 per month. If you join during the launch period you keep $5 per month for as long as your membership stays continuously active; if you cancel and rejoin later, the price then current applies.
How you pay. Membership is paid by bank transfer. You transfer the fee, upload a receipt, and a person checks it — usually within about 20 minutes, though it can take longer outside working hours. Access begins only when that person approves it. Uploading a receipt does not by itself grant access.
If a receipt is rejected. You will be told why and can upload another. No money changes hands through Hungter, so nothing is taken from you by us at any point.
Refunds. If you are unhappy with your membership, email [email protected] within 14 days of it being approved and we will refund that month in full, by transfer back to the account you paid from. After 14 days, a month already started is not refunded, but you can stop at any time and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
If we get it wrong. If a payment is approved in error, taken twice, or access does not open after approval, tell us and we will fix it or refund it — there is no time limit on that.
Cancelling. Cancel whenever you like. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your marked scripts and progress stay in your account after it ends.
7a. Printed paper orders
Printed packs contain papers written by Hungter. They are dispatched by post and you will see a status and, once dispatched, a tracking reference in your account. If a pack arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us and we will reprint or refund it.
