This Privacy Policy explains what Hungter collects, why it is collected, and how it is processed during launch access.
1. Data We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, learning style, level, and plan status.
- Browser localStorage data such as papers sat, scores, grades, streak, level, milestones, and first-touch campaign parameters.
- Visitor, session, and rate-limit identifiers sent to backend APIs for security, fraud prevention, and usage analytics.
- The subject, paper and topics you choose, and the answers you write when sitting a paper.
2. How Data Is Processed
Hungter sends paper-generation and marking requests to a third-party AI processor — Anthropic (Claude) by default, or another configured provider as a fallback if the primary one is unavailable. These requests contain the syllabus and paper you selected and, when marking, the answers you wrote. They are used only to produce your paper and its marking.
3. Age Policy
Hungter is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not create an account or submit personal information through Hungter.
3. Payments
Hungter does not currently operate finalized real-money production billing. Any plan-interest or waitlist flows do not charge payment cards.
4. Storage and Retention
Learner progress may be stored in browser localStorage and on the application backend. Server-side systems may retain account records, usage counts, rate-limit records, subscription status, and aggregate activity summaries.
5. Analytics and Advertising
Hungter uses analytics to understand visits, signups, learning activity, and product conversions. Campaign parameters such as UTM tags may be stored to understand which marketing campaigns led a learner to the site.
