Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Hungter collects, why it is collected, and how it is processed during launch access.

1. Data We Collect

• Account details such as name, email address, learning style, level, and plan status.
• Browser localStorage data such as message count, streak, level, subjects explored, quiz scores, milestones, and first-touch campaign parameters.
• Visitor, session, and rate-limit identifiers sent to backend APIs for security, fraud prevention, and usage analytics.
• Chat prompts, quiz requests, flashcard requests, and learning-tool requests submitted by users.

2. How Data Is Processed

Hungter may send learning requests to third-party AI processors including Groq, OpenAI, and Anthropic when those providers are enabled for a feature. Requests are used to generate tutoring responses, quizzes, notes, flashcards, and other educational outputs.

3. Age Policy

Hungter is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not create an account or submit personal information through Hungter.

3. Payments

Hungter does not currently operate finalized real-money production billing. Any plan-interest or waitlist flows do not charge payment cards.

4. Storage and Retention

Learner progress may be stored in browser localStorage and on the application backend. Server-side systems may retain account records, usage counts, rate-limit records, subscription status, and aggregate activity summaries.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Hungter uses analytics to understand visits, signups, learning activity, and product conversions. Campaign parameters such as UTM tags may be stored to understand which marketing campaigns led a learner to the site.
